Jeffrey N. Stern, Esq. was born and raised in Burke, Virginia and obtained his undergraduate degree from George Mason University. Jeff is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and is the sole practitioner of the law firm. Jeff is admitted to practice law in all of the courts in the State of New Jersey including the New Jersey Supreme Court as well as the Federal District Court of New Jersey. Jeff is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
As an active litigator, Jeff has successfully tried and won Civil Law Division jury trials as well as New Jersey Workers' Compensation Court trials and has been successful in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Jeff is well versed in New Jersey's automobile insurance law and New Jersey's Workers' Compensation statute. Jeff has arbitrated hundreds of automobile insurance PIP disputes and successfully fought and argued for injured workers' rights and benefits countless times.
Jeff is also experienced in Municipal Court practice having defended clients on charges ranging from simple motor vehicle moving violations, such as speeding and careless driving, to more complex matters such as DUI/DWI, disorderly persons and possession of controlled dangerous substances.
